La situation géographique

La chambre est petite, la clim fait beaucoup de bruit. Il y a beaucoup d humidité dans notre chambre suite a des degats des eaux. La salle de bain est exigue, le wc est mouillé après avoir pris notre douche. Pour le petit dejeuner, service aléatoire, on peut arriver le premier et etre servi les derniers et attendre 30 min pr etre servis. Pour que la chambre soit nettoyée, il faut aller réclamer a la reception

Manque de crochets et/ou étagères pour ranger ses affaires personnelles. Chambre située sous la salle de petit-déjeuner donc bruyante tôt le matin.

Il WiFi era quasi inesistente, tutti i giorni dovevamo ricordarci di dire alla reception di dare corrente alla doccia e l ultima sera neanche ha funzionato. La camera era molto più piccola del descritto.

La posizione è buona, abbastanza tranquilla e lo staff è stato gentilissimo con noi, ci hanno aiutato per un problema con un altra prenotazione per boracay e gliene saremo sempre grati. La signora della guest house è gentilissima e è raro trovare persone cosi.

Идеальная чистота и желание персонала идти навстречу. Роутеры на этажах, вайфай не перегружен, и для Эль Нидо, вполне достойный. Завтраки соответствуют стоимости.

При заселении оказалось, что нет нужного типа номеров. Было предложено переехать на одну ночь в другой объект, либо остановиться втроем в маленьком номере на втором этаже. Согласились переночевать. На следующий день компенсировали номером классом выше. С выходом на балкон и двумя большими кроватями.

Хорошее расположение отеля,рядом с пристанью и в ста метрах от Canopy walk.Персонал доброжелательный.Сам отель чистый,в корридорах установлены камеры.Завтраки европейские и филиппинские.WiFi ловил только на ресепшен.Соотношение цены и качества отличное.

- в номере чисто, постельное белье нормальное. Приветливый персонал. Недалеко от пляжа и от пристани, откуда отправляются лодки на экскурсию. Хороший завтрак.

Для Эль Нидо это очень хороший отель. Жили там 8 дней. Персонал дружелюбный. Сам отель очень чистый, номер был тоже при нашем заезде. Уборка за всё время проживания не производилась, поскольку у них не принято это делать без постояльцев. Даже когда у нас сорвало кран в душевой, ремонт производился только в нашем присутствии. Кухня на 4 этаже, там очень хороший вид на скалу. На этой кухне подается только завтрак, он однообразен и начинается с 7.00-9.00: яичница из 1 яйца, 3 тоста, масло и повидло, всё по 1 ч.ложке. Хотя у кого было и мясо, похожее на тушенку. Нам почему-то этого не давали. Можно завтракать в одном из ресторанов на улице, цены там приемлемые. На этой же кухне находится бесплатный WI-FI, которым пользуются все. Также можно самим закупиться едой на местном рынке (он находится в 10мин. езды на трайсикле), в основном овощами и фруктами, остальное в местных ресторанах (мясо, рыба, креветки и прочее). Можно принести и приготовить самим на этой кухне. Это очень экономный вариант, поскольку мы покупали огурцы с помидорами и луком всего за 40 песо и нам хватало этого салата на 3-х человек. А рядом с отелем была вкусная курица-гриль, которая стоила 220 песо, при запросе её разделывают. Филиппинское пиво можно приобрести всего за 40 песо прямо при выходе из отеля. Просите холодное из холодильника. Все столовые приборы на кухне отеля имеются. Никто вас от туда не выгонит. Это даже было круче! Слева при выходе из отеля на улицу в 5 минутах ходьбы по прямой находится побережье. Там разнообразие ресторанов, баров и отелей. Есть дискотека в 3 барах, начиная с 22.00 вечера. Самое лучшее место - это PukkaBar. Захотим ли мы остановится там же при следующей поездке? Однозначно - ДА!!! Только захватим с собой крючки для душевой)))

Маленькие номера. Отсутствие дополнительных полок для ванных принадлежностей, крючков для одежды в душевой комнате. А также отсутствие шторы, защищающей попадание воды на унитаз и всю душевую комнату в целом.

Very budget accomodation for a higher than average price.

Very close to the hustle and bustle of El Nido, easy access to tours and such.

The rooms were very small. We had an extra bed in our room which restricted us to 3m x3m of space and made things so crowded.

DON'T GO THERE!!!

It started bad - once we arrived at 5 PM and tried to check in they told us the room wasnt ready,even though the check in is at 2! The room had a window .....facing inner staircase The WORST part - hands down was the breakfast and the attitude of the staff! There were two types of breakfast and i wanted the american one - i was given 3 slices of bred ,1 fried egg and a horrible coffee .....then on the other table i saw a juice and asked the lady if i can have some - to which she looked at me in a very mean way and rolled her eyes!Eventually i got once - i shouldnt have asked for one though - it was simply horrible! WHen i was about to leave i saw they made some pancakes for another person and i was like "hmm you have pancakes too" - to which the other lady replied - "ohhh yeah - for you maybe tomorrow !!!!".......i stayed only one night of course. Dont go there!That was a really bad stay!!!

Do not stay here

We cancelled our booking after one night to look for alternative accommodation. The sheets on the bed were stained and the bathroom was filthy with broken tiles. Location is not so good- with karaoke type music next door until late and right on one of the busy streets. When we complained the next morning, the staff just wanted to charge us for both nights instead of making things right. The only way we could leave was to pay the 20% Booking.com commission fee that they would be charged for early cancellation.

Brilliant location Very nice and helpful staff (Ma’am Cha was easy to talk to and she assisted us in everything)

Perfect Location

- Good Location. Few minutes away from the beach. - The place is also quiet - Near Restaurants - Ate Cha, the front desk is super accommodating. She prepared everything for us from the van, tours and anything I ask. - Strong wifi on lobby or 4th floor

- You really need to tell them to clean your room or change your towels. It will not be on a regular basis. They have their reasons though. - Breakfast has limited choices but this is better than nothing - Most of their staff are super friendly. except for one lady. she's opposite to Ate Cha, when you ask her something either she will say she can't do anything about it or just say yes without doing it. For instance, I requested to clean our room and change our towels. she said yes and when we came back from the tour, it was not cleaned and still same towels in the morning. I asked ate cha about it and she was very apologetic. She immediately cleaned the room. and the lady was just staring at me. The next day I asked to reset the wifi. She said, there's really no wifi. She did not even bother to do something so I asked the other lady in the front desk she immediately reset the router. I did not even bother to get her name since she's the only one who has attitude and the rest are super nice.

Big rooms with nice outside area to sit

When we came in to our room, we were not provider towels and wc paper. The amount of eggs for breakfast was decreasing by the day. Some people not even from our floor were hanging out just outside our room (which was in the corner, last room) and disturbed our sleep.
